How does NeoMail connect to an LLM?
You configure an HTTP API endpoint and credentials for the provider you use. NeoMail stores those secrets in macOS Keychain. LLM usage is billed by that provider under your account—you control spend, retention, and which model you call.
Is my mail stored on your servers?
No NeoMail-hosted mailbox. The app talks to Gmail, Microsoft, or your IMAP host directly from your Mac, same as any desktop client.
What happens when the trial ends?
After fourteen days, your paid subscription continues at €19,99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Can I use a local model?
If your stack exposes an OpenAI-compatible HTTP API (Ollama, LM Studio, etc.), you can point NeoMail at it. Latency and quality are between you and that runtime.
