How do rules and suggestions work?
Specific rules run actions when criteria match. Everything else goes to the catch-all, which suggests what to do. You decide. Suggestions and optional agents run through NeoMail. Your subscription covers those features with no separate model setup.
Is my mail stored on your servers?
No NeoMail-hosted mailbox. The app talks to Gmail, Microsoft, or your IMAP host directly from your Mac, same as any desktop client.
What happens when the trial ends?
After seven days, your paid subscription continues at €19,99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.
