Mail in. Rules first. You stay in charge.
NeoMail syncs from Gmail, Microsoft Graph, or IMAP on your Mac. Every message is checked against your rules. The catch-all handles what is left. Your choices teach the system over time. Second Mind keeps context when you need to look back.
Connect your providers
OAuth for Google and Microsoft, IMAP where you need it. Credentials live in Keychain. NeoMail does not host a copy of your mailbox in the cloud.
Integrations and agents
CRM, calendar, and MCP tools are actions a rule can trigger, not the centre of the product. Agents are available when one thread needs extra help. They propose. You approve, same as everywhere else.
Bulk mail is filtered with heuristics before suggestions run. Quiet hours pause automation. Handled messages stay handled after sleep or Wi‑Fi drops.

Route
Rules match on arrival. Each rule runs an action you defined: forward, CRM step, MCP tool, flag, suggested reply, or another workflow. Known mail does not wait on a guess.
-
Coach
Unmatched mail hits the catch-all. It cannot be deleted. It suggests what to do; you accept, edit, or ignore. No silent sends on day one.
-
Learn
NeoMail records what you did on catch-all mail. When the same kind of message gets the same treatment often enough, it can become a rule. The catch-all steps back.

Remember
Second Mind stores optional context per rule: rolling memory for roughly thirty days, plus fixed context that stays until you change it. Ask about mail or about a meeting with related threads in view.
