Integration

Fits the mail you already use

NeoMail is a native menu bar companion—not a webmail replacement. OAuth for Google and Microsoft, or classic IMAP where you need it. Sync runs on your Mac; the LLM you configure only sees the slices of content your rules require.

Background sync from the menu bar

Enable monitoring when you want it. NeoMail syncs on your schedule, applies bulk heuristics before calling your LLM, then classifies and proposes drafts when rules match. No extra web app to live in.

Rules you can remember

Describe situations in English, pick the action—suggested reply, forward, or silent forward—and scope to mailboxes if you want. A catch-all covers the rest.

Unsure? Pop up an editable draft before send. Need sleep? Quiet hours pause automation. Want the right voice? Add per-inbox context once.

From sync to suggestion

  1. Connect & scope

Add accounts, choose mailboxes, and set how aggressive bulk prefiltering should be. Nothing leaves your machine until you turn monitoring on.

  2. Sync on your cadence

The app pulls new messages, tags obvious low-stakes mail locally, and queues anything that might match a high-signal rule.

  3. Structured LLM pass

For candidates, NeoMail sends a compact prompt—your criteria, headers, and the excerpt policy you set—and expects a bounded classification response.

  4. Act with guardrails

Matched rules can notify, draft, or queue a forward. Quiet hours, confidence thresholds, and manual approval keep sends deliberate.
